Refund , order cancelled by store

I placed an order which was cancelled, the money was refunded to my wallet. there is no option to refund to bank account. I contacted them via the app , no response. After 7 days I decided to just try placing an order again to use that money. My wallet balance was not used rather it debited my card. Very dissatisfied.
