Denford Linda from Denford properties is a ****mer of note
The owner(director), Denford Linda ran away with the deposit that the tenant paid into his business account. He ran away with the first and second rental that we agreed that it should be given to the gentleman who was to install the double carport. He is a ****, be warned.

****MERS ****MERS. The owner of Denford properties whom is Denford Linda is a total ****mer. He ****s people of they rental deposit before they even move in to the new house. He lies and runs aways with your money. Piece of advice, don't use Denford Properties if you are looking for a house or want to sell. Till today I am still waiting for my Deposit and admin fees yet I didn't even occupy those premises. A case of ***** and Theft has been open against him. And his PA is in it with him cause he lies for him.

Denford Properties ****mers (DO NOT FALL FOR THESE ****MERS)
****mers and refusing with my deposit and admin fees. Viewed a house and was approved, afterwards was told to pay the deposit to secure the place and did just that. They sent me the lease and I was told the landlord was not sure that he want to rent out the place anymore and I must look for another place. Which they failed. Told them I want my deposit which I have not received till today. They even blocked me on their number.

Refusing with my deposit and admin fees payment
I app**** for an apartment and paid deposit and admin fees to secure then the agent told me that owner wants a higher compared to the one advertised and I informed that I will not ahead with leasing the apartment. The agent then informed me that I would be refunded but it's been weeks now without getting my refund and I told them I am looking at other places which need a deposit but still no deposit and I am loosing places because of this.

I app**** for an apartment and paid deposit and admin fees to secure then the agent told me that owner wants a higher compared to the one advertised and I informed that I will not ahead with leasing the apartment. The agent then informed me that I would be refunded but it's been weeks now without getting my refund and I told them I am looking at other places which need a deposit but still no deposit and I am loosing places because of this.
