Worst service ever. The faiing to debit my account even when I told them I have funds, their systems not working and it's my fault now I don't have wifi. Even went to shoprite with the easy pay reference and still did not work. That time I work online
I signed up for home content insurance and the consultant was able to answer all my questions and cater for my specific needs. It was not just a sales call but ensuring all my needs are met
I am truly dissatisfied at your service. I left my two pairs of shoes to The Sneaker Shack – Rosebank on 20 March 2025 and I was charged R1120 which I paid after I requested the following items: • Nike dunks: clean and full restoration • Nike Airforce: touch up restoration and re-glue. I have been receiving SMSs from you stating that my shoes will be ready by 4 April 2025 then my order was updated to state my shoes will be ready by 8 April 2025 then the last one stated my order is ready for collection which came in on 14 April 2025. When I went to the store, the shoes were not completed and appeared to have not been worked on. I just asked for process now and they appear to be not ready, and when I brought in the Nike Airforce, it was clean but now its dirty and looks very damaged.
Really bad service and I have learnt my lesson. Genuinely asked for my order to be delivered at a specific time but it only came late at night and the gift didn't fulfill its purpose. When I tried to cancel I was told I was going to be charged.
Hi I am not happy with your service, and it's definitely going to be the last time I use your service. I ordered some items for delivery, and two of the items were 2 full chickens, and it was available when I ordered it. The app did not let me create an alternative in case it gets out of stock. Then three items get delivered, which is coke,garlic bread, and salad but without the two full chickens . So I basically paid 40 just to get coke ,garlic bread, and salad. This is really bad service. Why could you not ask me first if I still want the order, considering the app did not let me choose the alternative. Even Mr D and Uber Eats do not offer this bad service. I am so disappointed I want my full refund and you can take your stuff.
I app**** for an apartment and paid deposit and admin fees to secure then the agent told me that owner wants a higher compared to the one advertised and I informed that I will not ahead with leasing the apartment. The agent then informed me that I would be refunded but it's been weeks now without getting my refund and I told them I am looking at other places which need a deposit but still no deposit and I am loosing places because of this.
I have never came across such an obedient company that is negligent in this manner and does not take any accountability for their actions. You do not even care how much a person suffers due to your negligence. You have been deducting money from my account even after I had cancelled you as ISP and moved to Afrihost but every month you deduct money and I need to beg for my refund.
From the initial part where I signed up for the WIFI and realizing that the username allocated to me and another person hence I had problems paying the account and in some instances my account would be debited numerous times. As it stands it appears that my account is linked to another person which poses a risk because my personal information might be accessed by someone else without me being aware. My account had a transaction in March 2024 with the amount R387.99, but my services were deactivated and every month I contact Home Connect in activating my services and it now felt like it's my problem when it is not because I do not work there, and I just came in a customer that wanted good service. I have sent all the necessary screenshots to Home Connect showing the money left in my account and I even sent you my bank statement to show you the transaction and you still do not assist me. The waiting is costed me my job because I rely on the WIFI to do my job. I even had to change ISP from Home Connect to Afrihost in order to have access to WIFI. I kept asking you several times and you were busy giving me a run around instead of realizing your negligence. You referred me to contact Vumatel and they could not see the payment on their side and I was referred back to you. Then again you referred me to Payfast to give me refund since you insisted that you could not see the payment on your side. I contacted Payfast and it appears that the payment went to you but for another person whom i do not even know before your ignorance and negligence. I tried to talk to you several times about this issue and you only cared about protecting your name and not really assisting me with the issue at hand when it was not my fault. I had to borrow money for me to be able to have internet when i had initially budget for it but money left my account and I did not have the services. I am going to post this issue on all social platforms because i suffered do your negligence and failing to listening to me as a customer.

My account was debited on the 1st of March 2024 of R387.99, but my services were deactivated and every month I must contact Home Connect in activating my services and it now feels like it's my problem when it is not because I do not work there, and I just came in a customer that wanted good service. The waiting is costing me my job because I rely on the WIFI to do my job since I am working from home, and I think I have waited enough now so I have opted to move to a different ISP which I plan to render their service as of today. Can I kindly request to be refunded that amount immediately. Can I kindly ask to refunded the amount taken from my account because I had to pay Afrihost another amount to be able to access WIFI. I contacted Vumatel and i was told i need to contact Afrihost to process the refund. I am not sure if you really understand what you are doing or saying.
