I don’t recommend sneaker shack at ALL
I’m highly disappointed in Sneaker Shack honeydew , for the price they charge for sneaker cleaning is crazy plus having to get back dirty sneaker 😡!!! If I was you I would never take my kicks there , they lazy and don’t do their job properly.

I paid to have my shoes professionally cleaned, but the job was done poorly—I even had to wait while they fixed their mistake. What’s the point of paying for a service if I could’ve done a better job myself for less? I *want* to support local businesses, but it’s clear this one cares more about making money than delivering quality work, customer service, or taking pride in what they do. Really disappointed. I paid to have my shoes professionally cleaned, but the job was done poorly—I even had to wait while they fixed their mistake. What’s the point of paying for a service if I could’ve done a better job myself for less? Worse sneaker cleaning service!! EVER! 😤
Im so disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I gave in my sneakers to be cleaned. At collection, I pointed out that my sneakers are still dirty as I can still see the dirt marks. I got told it’s the lighting that makes it looks like there is dirt, I showed the lady the dirt marks in daylight and she agreed. She then offered to rewash it but after being felt like I was a lair, arguing that my sneakers are still dirty, i declined the offer to rewash. Overpriced service that isn’t even worth going to and I’m going to make sure I post this

Im so disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I gave in my sneakers to be cleaned. At collection, I pointed out that my sneakers are still dirty as I can still see the dirt marks. I do NOT recommend The Sneaker Shack
I took my suede shoes to The Sneaker Shack and regret it completely. They damaged the suede to the point where the shoes now get dirtier after just 4 wears than they ever did in 7 months of regular use. The suede has been stripped, making it rough and prone to catching dirt much faster than before. When I raised my concerns, their response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive: "Shoes will get dirty when you wear them." That kind of attitude is not only unacceptable but shows a complete lack of accountability or customer care. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their shoes.

Sneaker Shack Greenpoint
I recently visited Sneaker Shack Greenpoint, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff. My shoes came back looking absolutely spotless - they looked brand new! I'm beyond happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to give their sneakers some TLC. 5 stars all the way!

Worst service
I am truly dissatisfied at your service. I left my two pairs of shoes to The Sneaker Shack – Rosebank on 20 March 2025 and I was charged R1120 which I paid after I requested the following items: • Nike dunks: clean and full restoration • Nike Airforce: touch up restoration and re-glue. I have been receiving SMSs from you stating that my shoes will be ready by 4 April 2025 then my order was updated to state my shoes will be ready by 8 April 2025 then the last one stated my order is ready for collection which came in on 14 April 2025. When I went to the store, the shoes were not completed and appeared to have not been worked on. I just asked for process now and they appear to be not ready, and when I brought in the Nike Airforce, it was clean but now its dirty and looks very damaged.
