The Sneaker Shack Ballito - No customer service!

Visited the Ballito Branach recently. If I could give 0 I would have. Firstly incorrect date to pick up, then the date is changed without notification. I was then told by the store manager that the shoes will be delivered at their cost to CPT. It never arrived on said date with absolutley no feedback as to where the shoes are.
