Getting your car back more broken than before...

Took my car to Dent Magic after someone reversed into it in a parking lot. When I went to pick up the car the dent on my bumper was fixed beautifully, but then I saw they had left me a nice new ding in the passenger door. They checked the inspection photos to see if it was there before, after which Armand confirmed with me that they could not find anything about that ding in the paperwork or on the photos so it must have happened there. He then told me they will fix it since it as their mistake. It has now been a month of me calling and getting all sorts of excuses. Every time I speak to Armand he says they're either too busy to take my car in or he first has to speak to the workshop manager, but he never calls be back or lets me know anything. After this experience I will be sure to warn everyone I know about this company and make sure everyone knows not to give them any business.
