After expressing my dissatisfaction with an incident that likely arose from miscommunication and misunderstanding at the reception, Dr. Tasmika handled the situation with professionalism. She took the initiative to send me a private email, apologizing for the misunderstanding, and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment to address the roughness on my teeth that I had complained about.
