MY GOLD BRACELET FELL OFF MY WRIST BECAUSE DEO GLORIA DIDNT CHECK THE *****S THEY PUT IN IT.

I had a very beautiful linked gold bracelet. I took it to DEO GLORIA in Sunward Park, to have a link taken out as it was too loose on my wrist. For fun I’ll add that a new bracelet like that from Browns (my absolute favorite jeweler) is over R50,000. So I get told at DEO GLORIA that the links were loose, and it needed new *****s in each link, and this is a while back, I decided to get new *****s put into the 12 odd links at a cost of R6,000. I paid it, I wasn’t going to be on the losing side of that bracelet, that I adored.

I had only worn it a few times, when I went out with it on, and came home with it gone. I never felt it slip off my wrist, and I’m sure someone picked it up. I couldn’t even say where. If I’d left my old *****s in it, I’d probably still have it today. THEY NEVER TIGHTENED THE *****S ON THAT BRACELET. It would just FALL OFF. A ***** FELL OFF, WITH MY BRACELET.

I will NEVER trust their workmanship ever again, I’m truly ****ed off that I lost one of the loveliest pieces of my jewelry because of them. There is no doubt about what happened. THEY LAST WORKED ON IT. Do not ever trust your jewels with these people in Sunward Park, because they didn’t care to check that the *****s were tightened. Go to Browns for any jewelery purchase. They guarantee their pieces, and my husband bought me 3 diamond baguette rings, as my second engagement ring. And I have a sapphire with diamonds that are big around it for a Valentine gift. Never doubt them, they know their stuff.
