My watch was taken in for a simple battery replacement. When I received it back, the back plate was scratched beyond believe. Taking it back didn’t help one bit, it just made things worse. Upon finally receiving the watch back I needed to correct the time and the whole mechanism of the crown came out. I have now subsequently taken it to another jeweler from whom I have found out that Déonne le Roux damaged the watch internally, so much so it cannot be repaired.
