DIRCO useless department we are all forced to go through u before leaving the country
What a waste. The so-called senior/manager @ legalisation by the name of Phatswana is so useless.He lacks emphathy and customer service.Some people just want to be 'felt' at the wrong places and time. I have just lost an overseas opportunity because of him.And,also their website information 'under submission' is so improperly structured. The results of ******** in RSA.

Long wait is cause of concern.
DIRCO has failed to process or email me regarding the authentication of my documents since October 2021. It is now February 2022. Constant requests for updates are met with asking me to wait for a collection email or referring me to others whose email addresses do not work. I am concerned that DIRCO has lost my documents despite having proof that it was delivered and signed for, this proof was sent to them twice. I have lost job opportunities due to this. My prior experience with them was such a pleasure and I was expecting the same level of efficiency this time.

Excellent service
Great service, am currently in China as an English teacher and l wanted my police clearance to be authenticated by dirco as my work permit was about to expire. Considering the current back lock l sent them am email and they understood my problem and managed to help me swiftly and send communication that it was ready for collection. Thank you very much to the wonderful team. Excellent service.
