Excellent service
Good evening Today l was served by a building manager Thabiso , after hours l was actually complaining about the noise on second floor at Rand executive. He took his time to come and address the issue and listen and apologize for the inconvenience. He also promised to communicate with the tenants involved . I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service . Taking your time after hours to serve is outstanding and has exceeded my expectations. I do hope noise problem will be solved . Thank you.

Outstanding Performance
My aunt was recently involved in a car accident and she hit a tree and wall of Holy family College. The staff members and Principal of the school quickly attended to the accident scene , they were very kind and helpful and even offered her a cup of coffee. She was in shock but they managed to make her feel better and calm her down and have since been checking on her to find out if she is okay. Thank you very much to all the staff members and principal. A good Christian school that has great principles and well trained staff . Exceptional and dedicated teachers ( my son goes to the school). Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Bad service
On the 30th of January at Rand executive l asked I was told l was stupid by an employee his name is Kagiso and he repeated this several times his tone was aggressive and very disrespectful. I was shocked that as an employee who represents the company doesn’t not know how to communicate with the customer. A female colleague had to push him away and close the door as she realized it was inappropriate. In future please train your employees how to communicate and respect the tenants. I will not be disrespected l have stayed at Rand Executive for over 11 years and yesterday l really felt that maybe overstayed my welcome and it’s time to move. It’s not a favour ithemba is doing for us we are paying educate the employees .

High quality hair at affordable prices
I have bought multiple wigs from luvmehair the service is very fast and efficient. The quality of their wigs are lightweight, comfortable , moderately priced. I want to say thank you to Ithemba property management, the building manager Bonani who quickly attended to my review and managed to fix my bathroom l greatly appreciate it. Service delivery
I have stayed at Rand executive for over 10 years and honestly I have had minor issues but recently l am even thinking of moving. The floors are no no longer clean and polished daily, the noise, people braaing at the balcony. The consistency is lacking, wifi we pay but is down. Can we have a 24 hour turn around time for maintenance problems because sometimes they say they don't have the things that need to be replaced. Also can we have units that have been occupied for a longer period be maintained my tub looks horrible and the paint is peeling off on the wall for the loyalty surely it's something you can do.

Excellent service
Great service, am currently in China as an English teacher and l wanted my police clearance to be authenticated by dirco as my work permit was about to expire. Considering the current back lock l sent them am email and they understood my problem and managed to help me swiftly and send communication that it was ready for collection. Thank you very much to the wonderful team. Excellent service.

Awesome service
I visited the earth child shop in rosebank on Monday the 19th of October and was served by a lovely lady who was very friendly. The shop didn't have the sizes and items that l wanted but she went out of her way to make the shopping experience easier for me and located the Melrose shop where l found my items packed and put away just waiting for me to walk in the shop. Thank you very much greatly appreciated. Am sorry l forgot to ask for her name.
