DIRCO has failed to process or email me regarding the authentication of my documents since October 2021. It is now February 2022. Constant requests for updates are met with asking me to wait for a collection email or referring me to others whose email addresses do not work. I am concerned that DIRCO has lost my documents despite having proof that it was delivered and signed for, this proof was sent to them twice. I have lost job opportunities due to this. My prior experience with them was such a pleasure and I was expecting the same level of efficiency this time.
