UIF Maternity benefit

The service in this place is very horrible, from the security guards to staff at reception and the manager by the name of Wanti or Wandi whoever his name is.

We have been going to labour department in Germiston since February 2024 till January 2025 regarding my Wife's maternity benefit,but no help instead they give us attitude and tell us that we're lying, I mean who can wake up and decide to go to labour just to lie?? We already spent close to R1000 on transport by just going there.

We then got help from the gentleman by the name of Wandi , he promised that the application will approve in 10 days , but nothing, and today the 07 of Jan 2024 we are here again and found the same guy " Wandi outside, he still gave us attitude and told my Wife that she's lying forgetting that we have his personal email where we were communicating with him , but he never helped us still .

I'm very disappointed and angry about the level of service we received,it's very frustrating, something must happen in all these departments with poor customer service because I personally pay about R1500 tax every month, so we're not going to be played when we need help, it's for free that's a fact we pay for these services through our taxes. I will not rest until something happens. And if I have to go live,let it be because "WOW"
