Bad Service delivery from Municipality

Am writing this to express how I feel concerning the roads around Ngweding, Motlhabe and Dithabaneng villages, I reported and nothing is happening, why are we not getting services from municipality, the roads are bad to extend of when it rains no vehicle goes in and this affects school kids and workers, we really need to be assisted what does it take to get a tar road, I wish Premier can go and check the situation there and must not end up in Muruleng only. I mean we are close to PPM mine I also wrote to them but no response from them

I send email to Office of the Premier I was called by someone saying the project will start am talking about a year ago

Who can asssit, why are we being punished
