Not to mention 5 days continous of no water in December, again In the last 3 weeks, we in Midrand & Kyalami had 3 water outages, lasting across days; on 19 Jan, 28, 29Jan, and again now 31 Jan & 01 Feb. Not even a drop of water through the taps. Water is a BASIC HUMAN NEED. This kind of service is unacceptable. Whoever is Leading JHB Water, please resign, & appoint competent people ASAP. YOUR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

They close the calls that we log for faulty water meter..I call every day and they just escalate since 27 Nov 2025...they promise that the plumber will be dispatched but no visibility..I am.now sick and tired..reference number 6001327118 unresolved since 27 Nov 2025..we are billed incorrectly and pay almost R3000 for water alone..there is no one we can speak to we are just told that it is escalated..I spoke to Victor Makambule..Ofentse..Gloria..Sipho Mabela..Maria Lesthuku..Mavis Mokgethoa..Thabiso Mahlala and email send to supervisor Valencia ..these are all from the tshwane call centre and email send to supervisor Sibusiso..we need urgent action today..previous call 6001323517 was closed without resolution...call me urgently on 0729901358

I would like to log a complaint about Johannesburg Water Department. Every 3 days at no 1477 Molefi Street Old Dobsonville we are faced with a sewerage blocking. On Christmas day when people were celebrating, I had to sweep in our yard all kinds of stools, plastics, diapers, tissues and all the kinds of filth that a person can think of. Like I say it happens every 3 days that's the kind of life we're facing. I have Ref numbers with regards to that and I asked them to find the fault and resolve the problem once and for all. Today now the sewerage is in the kitchen. We can't live like this, this is totally unhealthy and when you try to make a call to their Call Center to report the fault you get a response only after after 4 hours and they so unprofessional. I just want to be helped in order to live In a healthy environment & foe them to come and resolve the problem once and for all. I don't want to see my family ever to be faced with such a problem ever again.

I am a visitor from. DURBAN and you have water issues .what the he'll are you doing with the tax payers money to provide efficient service. Whe we I Durban our councilor acks very effectively, even after office ours.My kid stay in Sandton and they don't have water.Get off your butt and do something as this is becoming very frustrating, everything I visit them they dot have water for days. My first trip to Delmas Empumalanga, was undoubtedly a scary one using bolt. To my surprise this home affairs department not popular to many was the most efficient and friendly office I have ever encountered. Their service was impeccable and the time taken to get my ID was a fraction of the time it takes in my own area Springs. I would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting to rake the trip out. There is offices out there that are very efficient. I commend the staff of Home affairs Delmas for their amazing service. Keep up the great work!!!

Sputnik Ratau, spokesperson for the department of water and sanitation, how did the people of Taung in Matlapaneng ended up not having water for three weeks, What happened to Taung Bulk Water Supply? How is it normal that it's ohk for human beings to live with no water for that long? Department of water and sanitation, Matlapaneng community in Taung need your intervention in this matter. Our lives has literally stopped due to this.

I am so frustrated at the service and response we have been getting from City of Cape Town Water service departments. I have had a leak outside of my property for more than a month now, I have logged many calls, emails, and SMS, and the feedback I get is that the matter is at the Depo and there is nothing they can do but wait. It been more than 30 days since we logged this, and there is no way to get ahold of anyone other than a customer agent. Since the last call the ticket has been escalated to the Regional Manager and it's been 3 days since and no call, no person coming out to check anything. The water and sanitation department should do better, we are always made aware that we should use water wisely, yet they cannot fix a leak that has been running for more than a month.
