Not to mention 5 days continous of no water in December, again In the last 3 weeks, we in Midrand & Kyalami had 3 water outages, lasting across days; on 19 Jan, 28, 29Jan, and again now 31 Jan & 01 Feb. Not even a drop of water through the taps. Water is a BASIC HUMAN NEED. This kind of service is unacceptable. Whoever is Leading JHB Water, please resign, & appoint competent people ASAP. YOUR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

You already charge us for car parking, so why do you also put a car guard in the parking bays? Do you expect us to pay twice for parking??? The car guard looks so sad & disappointed if we dont pay him too !!!!!!! I explained this to the car guard & he swore at me in his language, he thought I dont understand him, I hate this centre
ted. I emailed them immediately. The day after ,after many calls & WhatsApps & emails, I get a response from them with an attitude that this is normal !!!!!!! WOW . Its clear as day these samples were used.in the floor, & they have no shame whatsoever in selling almost empty bottles and collecting money from us customers for the full bottles. How can I gift this embarrassment to someone? I am so utterly disgusted with the Quality & integrity of this shop.
This is a company that does NOT care for customers AT ALL. Yes their delivery is quick, but try returning 1 product that caused a reaction, then you will see their real colours. In the last 2 months I bought R3000 worth of Korean products from this company. I love every single one of those products to bits, except for one that caused me bad reaction. In just under 10 days of buying I reached out to the company for a refund or return. The manager was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, she send me 10 pages long emails that basically says NO she won't do anything. I still had the original packaging & everything. I only used this product twice in these 10 days, its even in a squeezable tube, so there is nothing unhygienic in returning this. If returning the product due to "hygiene" is a big issue they could have atleast refund me the money, but they chose to do NOTHING & on top of that insult me & other companies i mentioned that does refunds & exchanges, in the process. Please use other companies to buy your K beauty, unless you willing to loose money and be stuck with a product you bought that caused you reaction. Now I am using this very expensive barrier cream as a very expensive hand cream, & every single time I use it, I curse them under my breath
On 22 Sept, 11 days ago, I placed an order online on their official Isabella Garcia website. Today is the 11th day, and I still have not received a order confirmation email !!! Wednesday last week was a holiday so I spend the entire Thursday and friday calling them, emailing them. Speaking to various people I received on the call. On wednesday I send my proof of payment to a lady called Simone Beeslaar. Since wednesday last week to today wednesday, I am still waiting as their account department is still verifying !!!??? On Monday 29 Sept, a lady from their company called me from this number 065 586 1701. She appologised for the delays, and said she will check everything and call me back later in the day, she even promised !!. Its now been 3 days since monday, no one called me back, and when I tried to call this number back, its cutting my call immediately, its not even going through??? monday afternoon I spoke to a lady called Masana, she said she will check everything, and I am still waiting after 3 days !!!?? This is my 1st time ordering from Isabella Garcia and this is definitely my last time. I regularly place orders from Takealot, Shein and Temu, and others, as soon as payment is made the company immediately sends me a Order confirmation. With this stupid Isabella Garcia I am still waiting for them to acknowledge my orders after 11 days ??? Management of Isabella Garcia , please address this immediately, my order number is 11956103. At this point I just want my money back, keep your stupid product !! Jeez
On Saturday 16 August, I brought my un-opened curtain in its original packaging to Sheet street woodmead, I did not have the slip, so the lady said I can take something else to the value, & she cannot give me cash without the slip. She had quite an attitude with me, that I felt some kind of way when I walked out. Then the whole weekend I searched my garage & went through my trash & finally found the slip. Today morning 18 August, I came back with the slip, this same lady with the attitude now said she does not have cash in the tills. But i saw 1 of their staff behind the tills counting R400+ cash. This curtain is only R279, & this arrogant lady still refused to refund me the money. She wanted to give me a voucher, I told her I needed the money for something else. She said I must come back after 12 for cash!!! I did nothing wrong as a customer, I brought the original item unopened in its packaging with the slip, still i had to walk out the shop once again with my curtains unrefunded because of this same arrogant lady who refused to help even though they very well had the cash. This run around past few days has caused me to HATE sheet street, I used to buy so many things from sheet street, but never again. The customer service at the woodmead branch is absolutely appalling.
This review is for Hisense & Hirsh Fourways. I bought a Hisense fridge end of October 2024. This fridge is so unbelievably loud, it comes alive in the night, it makes loud thuds & knocking noises. It's disturbing & preventing me from sleeping. I am 48 years old & never in my life so far have I been waken up from sleep by a fridge!!!! Even last night this fridge made loud noises at 2:11am, I woke up in shock & I could not go back to sleep. I lost count now how many nights I was awakened from deep sleep by this stupid fridge. I logged a call with Hirsh fourways 3 weeks ago muself, reference number 214541076, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY from Hisense brand, & from Hirsh Fourways, meanwhile me the client has to send another night with 2 hours of sleep !!!!!!! Please note, i WILL NEVER BUY THE HISENSE BREND AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I WILL ALSO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIRSH FOURWAYS TOO, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO ME.
