Very disappointed 😞 😔

I app**** for the loan,completed the forms did all the process and I was told that my loan has been approved I completed and signed the approval form and emailed it to companies email address (info@depfinfinance.co.za) and was told to pay 3980.10 as stated on the form as the legal fee payment I did deposited the money and sent the proof of payment on the email and wats up I haven't receive the loan instead I' am told to pay the transfer fee which is not on the contract and we did not agree with I feel like I've been ****med and they are now not answering the calls,hoping to be refunded.
