Your service is poor. I sent my phone in to repair a broken screen. Firstly, the booking in process was a nightmare because your internet was down and you guys could only come up with an alternative when another customer came in screaming. Secondly, after I received my phone back, ALL my wireless features are no longer working. I'm talking about WIFI, BLUETOOTH, NFC, HOTSPOT - EVERY ****** ONE OF THEM. These features worked perfectly fine before I trusted you guys with my phone. I sent my phone back so you guys could check it and you had the audacity to tell me that there were loose wires when you opened the phone and that it's my fault - what the hell??? That to fix it, some dizzy as part needed to be replaced which would cost about R5k. MY PHONE WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY (apart from the blank screen of course) BEFORE YOU GUYS TOUCHED IT, YOU MESSED UP AND NOW BLAME ME. My phone was fixed, for the same reason, many time at the Melrose Arch Huawei Center and I have never encountered such issues. My partner had the same issue, but they were able to fix it. Why not you guys? I have never missed the Huawei repair Center that was in Melrose Arch than I do now.
What a waste of money and time!
