In may I took my phone to be repaired because I had a few keys not working properly. I was told I needed to replace my keyboard for R1400,. They sent me status updates almost everyday. Got my laptop back on the 11th June and the keys were working. However the next day my device would not switch on. I took it back and was told I will get an email update. This time around I did jot get any update, I had to go there a week later to get an update. Then I was told 2 weeks later that my laptop had water damage and I had to pay R9800. Like what they hell. I had never experience any problems with my laptop until they touched it. This is a price of a new laptop. So, it means I would have spent R11 200 to repair my laptop. I am horrified by this disrespect and would not recommend anyone to use them.

Your service is poor. I sent my phone in to repair a broken screen. Firstly, the booking in process was a nightmare because your internet was down and you guys could only come up with an alternative when another customer came in screaming. Secondly, after I received my phone back, ALL my wireless features are no longer working. I'm talking about WIFI, BLUETOOTH, NFC, HOTSPOT - EVERY ****** ONE OF THEM. These features worked perfectly fine before I trusted you guys with my phone. I sent my phone back so you guys could check it and you had the audacity to tell me that there were loose wires when you opened the phone and that it's my fault - what the hell??? That to fix it, some dizzy as part needed to be replaced which would cost about R5k. MY PHONE WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY (apart from the blank screen of course) BEFORE YOU GUYS TOUCHED IT, YOU MESSED UP AND NOW BLAME ME. My phone was fixed, for the same reason, many time at the Melrose Arch Huawei Center and I have never encountered such issues. My partner had the same issue, but they were able to fix it. Why not you guys? I have never missed the Huawei repair Center that was in Melrose Arch than I do now. What a waste of money and time!

Your service is poor. I sent my phone in to repair a broken screen. Terrible beyond terrible. Sent my laptop in for repairs (insurance claim). I was told that parts would arrive on a certain date and the device would be repaired within1-3 working days thereafter. Parts did not arrive as indicated but the repairs was done swiftly. Got my laptop back only to discover that certain components that were originally working no longer worked. To make matters worse, the screen that had just been replaced by them failed hours after it had been replaced. I escalated to both DRC and my insurance but to date there has been zero urgency in getting the repair done. I was greeted with the standard “the device needs to be reassessed and will take up to 48 hours” even though the issues are due to the fault of DRC. When I try follow up with them I am just ignored and do not receive any responses to my messages. Shocking beyond shocking.

My laptop screen was cracked and I claimed my screen through Miway and they sent the claim to Device Repair Centre in Roodepoort to fix the laptop. Laptop was fixed in May 2023 already and we got the laptop back. Today (06 July 2023) the lady from device repair centre sms me and ask if they can come and exchange my laptop charger with the correct one because the delivery guy gave me the wrong charger. And after numerous whatsapps and photos that I sent to her to prove that I have my own charger and it is indeed the correct one. She still says I am lying. Now after 20 minutes of communicating on whatsapp she sms me and says I can keep the charger and I must have a nice day. She don’t even bother to answer my normal calls or whatsapp calls. Just keeps on saying their internet is down but she is sms me the whole time. Sometime is not right. I am very upset about this events and wants an apology from them but they just say sorry over sms. MIWAY I won’t use this company again in the future. 2 months after they fixed my laptop and they only now see that they gave me the wrong charger according to them.

Such Poor and Unhelpful Service from Device Repair Center In Clearwater Office Park. I Had been dealing with them the whole week, only to drive about 30 Minutes from the store to be told the Phone had to be booked in for a Repair. When I asked for a Specific Date they could not even give me that with the Promo Price. Such a Waste Of Time and Petrol for Poor Service. So Disappointed.

My Huawei P20 had water damage. I sent it in for repair. The lady at who took the phone in was very helpful. The very next day I had a quote, which I accepted. I didn't have to pay up front. Every day I get an email to tell me the progress of the phone, which department its in etc. I am 100% happy with the service.

By far the best, most friendliest staff I have dealt with. This is the best repair centre I have ever dealt with and I have been to the Vodacare stores and even iStore. Their efficiency makes them a pleasure to deal with and they update you with the progress of your repair. I highly recommend them for cellular repairs (not sure if they repair anything else).

By far the best, most friendliest staff I have dealt with. This is the best repair centre I have ever dealt with and I have been to the Vodacare stores and even iStore.
