Chatz Connect no reception
There is no reception in this shop. I don't know how the staff promotes Vodacom when they have no reception in their own premises. I already complained to Vodacom directly, but they typically did nothing about it. They say they tried to contact me, utter rubbish, besides they need to make right with their retail shop, NOT ME????

Great repair centre
By far the best, most friendliest staff I have dealt with. This is the best repair centre I have ever dealt with and I have been to the Vodacare stores and even iStore. Their efficiency makes them a pleasure to deal with and they update you with the progress of your repair. I highly recommend them for cellular repairs (not sure if they repair anything else).

No signal at Vodacom outlet
Vodacom shop with no signal. This shop has no signal at all, when I'm there I need to go outside to make a call as the call is either cut off or does not go through. Don't know how they can promote Vodacom when they don't even have signal.

Great service
I sent in a handset for repair, job 16004. I must commend Vodacom Chatz Wilrogate on their service and friendliness. Even though the handset had to be sent in to the repair centre, namely Device Repair Centre, the repair was done timeously and my phone looks like new. Thank you and keep up the good work.
