In may I took my phone to be repaired because I had a few keys not working properly. I was told I needed to replace my keyboard for R1400,. They sent me status updates almost everyday. Got my laptop back on the 11th June and the keys were working. However the next day my device would not switch on. I took it back and was told I will get an email update. This time around I did jot get any update, I had to go there a week later to get an update. Then I was told 2 weeks later that my laptop had water damage and I had to pay R9800. Like what they hell. I had never experience any problems with my laptop until they touched it. This is a price of a new laptop. So, it means I would have spent R11 200 to repair my laptop. I am horrified by this disrespect and would not recommend anyone to use them.
