I wanted to return 2 items. I was given a collection date. Nobody turned up yet they said they couldnt get hold of me. They set up 4 different dates to collect and nobody turned up and not a peep each time. My order now says concluded when I still have everything and I have not been refunded. I cant redo it as according to them everything is done. I emailed them about 10 days ago and I have been ignored.
Emailed to make some changes to my policy. I was called back in about 10 minutes. Everything was sorted straight away by a pleasant person
Every time I have to deal with this company regarding my Inverter battery I get ignored. I send email after email and no response. When I threaten I get told 'I'm busy with so many emails'. Or 'I'll check with the suppliers in a few days'. NO ITS BEEN WEEKS, I DON'T NEED A FEW MORE DAYS. I'm now dealing with 2 people who are ignoring me. I sent in my battery on the 16th of November, it's now the 7th if December. When I took it in I was told about a week. My battery is under warranty. I know I have followed all the rules. I've already had a replacement a few months ago. Again I struggled that time to get any response. I received a new battery after threats.
My insurance company use Auto Magic panel beaters. I went to the one in Strijdompark. What a pleasure. I was informed every few days, how my car was progressing, either sms or a phone call. Everything was explained to me and a time frame was given. They were on target with the completion. My insurance company were giving me issues about my car hire (the same car hire I pay for monthly). Auto Magic phoned me and offered me their courtesy car as they knew I was having an issue. I took my hire car back and they met me there to give me their car so I wouldn't have to arrange a lift. Every person I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them 100%
When I put my claim for the bumper bashing I was quite impressed. Everything went smoothly. They had given me car hire for 17 days. When I spoke to the panel beater they informed me it would take longer than 17 days. So from day 1 I have been trying to extend my car hire. This all started on the 8th of September. I have spoken to 2 ladies who have told me they need to phone the panel beaters to confirm when the car will be ready. Neither has come back to me. Today I tried to phone. I was put on hold. I emailed them to ask if they could phone me which they did. I was transferred two time and then I was put on hold for 17 minutes and 20 seconds before I put the phone down. I have tried subsequently to get hold of them and still nothing. The panel beaters phoned me twice today to ask if I have sorted an extension because they will be needing more time which is what they told me in the beginning.' The panel beaters have been excellent through out (Auto Magic Strijdom Park) I do not know why its such an issue to call the panel beater (who is their preferred one,'so they deal with them often) and arrange an extension. Im sure they have done this a few times. ' Maybe if they get this complaint through Hello Peter they will do something about it. Either way Im keeping the car until everything is sorted
