eGadgets STOLE R17 610 from me
I spent R17 610 on 3 inverters. Paid IN FULL in July 2022. They never delivered the inverters and did not refund me. They stole R17 610 from me They are liers and cheats and blatantly stole from so many people.

I purchased two gel batteries, over R7000 in April 2023. There was no stock, so I asked for my refund. A helpful lady Bianca Ponnigan I hope tried to help and escalate the problem to accounts and kept telling me my refund would be before this date, which did not happen. Email again and same story. 22 emails later and no communication from them again. My order number is #26027. Why is a company allowed to keep functioning in this way. Take the clients money, and no stock, and no refund. Pathetic company. I would like to put Mt foot right up that CEO ****. Phone me if you not to chicken **** and make right with your clients. I will find out what the next steps are to do. Ombudsman or whatever, but I am not leaving it here. It is alot of money.

Non-Delivery and non-refund for a lithium ion battery cost R7000.
<div>I ordered a lithium ion from e-gadgets costing R7000, they were unable to deliver so I asked for my money back and they have been promising a repayment for nearly a year. I dealt with a lady who called herself ******; she was very polite, she promised me a refund and apologised for the delay she said it was with their accounting department. I would like to know if anything else can be done, is there any official body we can report this to?</div>

Still no refund
Bought 2x litium batteries for R15000 September 2022. Due to no delivery cancelled the order and no refund has yet been paid. Had many many emails with them but my most recent email has been ignored for more than a month. Very unhappy

Stay away from them, it's a ****
If you love your money you will stay away from this ****, I bought a project they told me that they found it defective while packing. They said they will get me a new one, it's been over four months now since I've canceled the order but haven't receive my refund, on their policy they refund within 14 working days. No one is answering their phones, and the projector is stil there on their website as an available stalk.
