<div>I ordered a lithium ion from e-gadgets costing R7000, they were unable to deliver so I asked for my money back and they have been promising a repayment for nearly a year. I dealt with a lady who called herself ******; she was very polite, she promised me a refund and apologised for the delay she said it was with their accounting department. I would like to know if anything else can be done, is there any official body we can report this to?</div>
