Still no refund

Bought 2x litium batteries for R15000 September 2022. Due to no delivery cancelled the order and no refund has yet been paid. Had many many emails with them but my most recent email has been ignored for more than a month. Very unhappy

Adsl issues

My internet has been slow/off for almost a month and telkom is not addressing the issue. I call my isp every night and they keep escalating the fault but here I am still complaining. ref nr 120bnk300117 Come on telkom, give some service man
