Such Poor and Unhelpful Service from Device Repair Center In Clearwater Office Park. I Had been dealing with them the whole week, only to drive about 30 Minutes from the store to be told the Phone had to be booked in for a Repair. When I asked for a Specific Date they could not even give me that with the Promo Price. Such a Waste Of Time and Petrol for Poor Service. So Disappointed.
I booked at the River Valley Branch for a Birthday Celebration, one of the greatest experiences ever. The Staff, Structure, Processes and Planning is so well executed. The Service is fit for an Emperor. The Business is so well run, everything works accordingly and the Treatments and Care taken are exceptional, What an AWESOME BUSINESS. Never stop what you are doing, You Exceeded all our Expectations

Woolworths is extremely unethical and dishonest. 2 x Online Orders Placed with 2 different stores, Both Orders were accepted, Today on collection dates, both orders have been cancelled with Poor excuse of reasoning. I Questioned the Online Department and the Store as to why the Orders were initially accepted and on date of collection, I Received this Poor Excuse that there is no stock and stock was sold out in the afternoon whereas my Order was placed before 9, What a Poor Stock System and Poor Online Service. I was FOOLED into taking DSTV again, I was also promised 3 Months of Disney Plus Subscription, After several calls, no one has been able to assist. I have Paid Yesterday for Disney Plus, I was Promised a Call at 4pm that I would be able to access same. Today I called again only to be told to send an Email. Multichoice why do you FAIL your Customers Daily and cause so much of FRUSTRATION.
I was Called and Offered a DSTV Price Lock Deal and Promised Installation last week Monday, I am not sure if it was to secure the Deal, I have Called in Everyday Since that Week and Never got any sort of Concrete Timelines and Feedback. I ever regret falling for Multichoice again especially after just Cancelling My Services. Never Ever Phone Customers, Sell Them Packages and Never Deliver. It's been a Week Since I was sold a Compact Package and Promised Delivery, It's Been A Week and Not a Word, I've Called Daily, Escalated, Promised the Moon and the Stars, Mind you I just Cancelled in March, What a Poor Excuse Of a Business You Are. Your Incompetent and Useless Staff are so Damaging To Your Business. Today I will Cancel the Deal!
I logged a Complaint on the 6th January 2022. I was contacted and assisted and Promised Feedback and a Credit for Incorrect Billing. Today I have Received a Message that Services have been Terminated and Account is in arrears. I am now Holding 22 Minutes and still no assistance whilst I wait for a Team Leader, what does one need to do here to get Proper Service.. I am So So Frustrated!
Dstv had to be the worst service Provider under the Sun. I was on a Black Friday promotional and paid a set amount every month. On the 2nd I checked my Bank account to see they hadn't debited my Account. My new Total due was Reflecting R 900 odd Rand from R 289.00 I called their call Centre immediately. I was on the Line with the consultant for well over 60 minutes. She did not know what she was doing but temporarily sorted the no service issue out and the billing. She promised to call me back and that never happened. My Showmax still did not work, again one must call in. That was then sorted and I then saw my bill was reflecting incorrectly. I called in again, Escalated the Issue and demanded to speak to a manager. I was promised a Manager would contact me in the next few minutes, that never happened. In the interim, I also Logged a query on their DStv FB Page and a consultant said that the billing would be rectified 5 Days before the end of the month. This morning my App stated I owe R 800 odd. This had to be the most useless customer service one experiences, queries never ever get resolved. Managers never ever call you back, complaints and disputes are never addressed and the service is beyond Pathetic. I'm on the Verge of Cancellation
