Sunday 02 April 2023, I sent my daughter to Hyperland for a few items and after paying, the transaction was processed twice. On 2 occassions we tried to get this matter sorted and I was asked to give it 24 hours, the transaction will reverse. I sent my daughter back there 48 hours later with proof that this transaction did not reverse and now I must suddenly go with a bank statement. I dont see why I need to jump through hoops to get my money back after this mistake was caused by them. Then each and every staff member including management who works there has a stinking attitude as if we as customers are being done a favour. I will NOT be leaving this because it has now no longer become about the money. It is now about the principle and I am out to prove a point.
