Dewhot - Redeemed

I would like to report back regarding the response I received from Dewhot since my previous review. After some time of silence, I was contacted by phone. Dewhot apologised and asked of me if I would accept a replacement geyser. I accepted the apology and received a new unit. It is installed and I am happy to say that it is working properly - similar to my first geyser. Dewhot, it took a little ‘back and forth’, but you redeemed yourselves in a civilised manner. Thank you for restoring trust in your product.
