I have fitted my windscreen with DGC in October 2025 via my insurance. Few days after that I sent them an email indicating that the installation was not done properly and also to bring to their attention my dissatisfaction with their service. To this date my issue has not been resolved, and no one is making contact with me, unless I contact them myself. They promise to call me back which never happens.

Windscreen repair. 1st attempt- brought an Audi TT screen for my Ford Ranger... 2nd attempt- replaced windscreen with Ford original parts after 3 months. 3rd... First rain after repair I discovered that my wipers don't work while driving... After 15 calls and explaining the urgency the wipers were attended to. No apology. No explanation. Only rude staff interactions and short answers that made me the person in the wrong for being upset at their shoddy work. I will never deal with them again.

The company DGC glass at Kimberly replaced the window on my bakkie. After this work was completed, rainwater began leaking into the cab. Although they eventually attended to the issue, they informed my wife that the leak was caused by the snorkel and then left. After inspecting it myself, I can confirm that this explanation is completely incorrect. I was ultimately forced to repair the problem at my own expense. It was the Kimberly branch.

I submitted a claim through King Price on the 17th Dec. From then I received zero feedback from the company. My windscreen was delivered last week in PE after I spoke to them on the 6th Jan 25 to say I'm going back to JHB and windscreen should be send to JHB. Well they said they made a note on the system and the glass will be delivered in JHB which did not happened. Again I had to keep on following up with then when I could expect my windscreen. After reading all the negative comments on the installations of their windscreen I'm slightly worried. I have a brand new car and do not want substandard service.

Sorry to do this but hoping by putting this on Hello Peter - They will get a wake up and complete their services. In September 2024; I unfortunately suffered a loss of a windscreen on my Staria Bus. My insurance King Price requested that DGC Glass install the new windscreen. - Which they did pretty quick BUT only half. I had Crystal Fusion on my Vehicle prior to the incident and when they before they installed the windscreen I had emphasised to the manager and the installers that I have Crystal Fusion on the windscreen and that they need to ensure that it is on as this gets topped up with each service. The manager ensured it was on as well as the installers - Guess what IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY CRYSTAL FUSION ON. This is a huge issue as I had paid for it on the purchase of my vehicle - on my invoice that was sent through to King Price and which is also topped up on every service. I have been fighting since October 2024 to have it replaced on my windscreen and between DGC Glass and King Price - they keep passsing the buck from one to the other. Crystal fusion makes it so much safer when driving in the rain and at night - being the raining season ; it is now difficult and dangerous to drive without it. please get your act together and have it re-installed as requested since October 2024

Horrible experience with this place, did a claim last week already and still waiting for my windscreen and No communication from their side, I have to keep calling them and spoke to the guy his name is Grant, very rude and condescending attitude on the phone. KingPrice insurance need to get people who are willing to assist on time or rather keep the client updated all the time.All this is causing so much inconvenience as I need to travel.
