Windscreen fix/ wiper unfix. Horrible service.
Windscreen repair. 1st attempt- brought an Audi TT screen for my Ford Ranger... 2nd attempt- replaced windscreen with Ford original parts after 3 months. 3rd... First rain after repair I discovered that my wipers don't work while driving... After 15 calls and explaining the urgency the wipers were attended to. No apology. No explanation. Only rude staff interactions and short answers that made me the person in the wrong for being upset at their shoddy work. I will never deal with them again.

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I called to upgrade my service to get the new package with two sim cards. After speaking to 4 people in different departments I was eventually told that I could not get the new package. I would have to cancel my subscription and then re-apply.for the new package. I was also told that I have 100 mega bit download and upload speeds which I queried because videos buffer and take a while to download. The operator could not answer as to why this was so. I would not recommend anyone get Rain as an internet service provider. They advertise something that you cannot purchase or upgrade to and of late, their 5g service has been intermittent.

Biddulphs- a fan, until now.
I relocated from Dbn to Jhb early in Feb. It was a hot day so I offered the loaders the ice cream in my freezer. Perhaps I wasn't clear in my offering because all my snacks were taken and consumed along with all my milk in the cupboard. I let this go after talking to the operations Manager about it. Here's why I'm writing this review. Our Simmons beauty rest bed was damaged during the move. The right hand side is collapsed. I mailed the Dbn office at the beginning of Feb. I received an email from the Joburg office today with an Insurer payout offer of R10200. This a third of what it would cost to replace the bed. There were many minor things that niggled once you opened up all the boxes but I will refrain from boring you further. In short, it has not been a pleasant experience relocating and trusting Biddulphs with the contents of my home. They were very professional until they had been paid. I don't think we will use them again, unfortunately.
