Scammed by Dhgate

I ordered stuff online from Dhgate in December 2020.. they told me a while later that my address is wrong which was odd cause that my residential address in Sandton so I changed my address... thereafter they gave me a list of complications so I requested a refund they said it would take 24hrs.. 24hrs later they had kicked me out their site.. when I login to track my order or check the refund nothing appears.. I’m so upset & I really need my refund .. I have the receipts but they deleted some of our chats .. please help me hello Peter
