On July 23rd, I had scheduled a afternoon move for the 31st of July with Mr. Kaye, who confirmed the arrangement and assured that his team would notify us an hour before their arrival. However, despite my confirmation email and several attempts to contact both Mr. Kaye and the driver between 1 pm and 2 pm (on the moving day), there was no communication from them. Mr. Kaye had indicated that a morning move would be finished soon, but as time progressed, uncer*****y grew since the driver could not provide an estimated arrival time. Due to an uncommunicated second move, the team ultimately arrived and completed our move after 6 pm, which was stressful as we needed to vacate the old location by that time for an inspection. This experience highlights Mr. Kaye's poor communication and management skills, leading us to decide not to use his services in the future.
