Eficent work
Our office relocation involved transporting equipment, furniture, and files across the city. The moving crew handled everything carefully and stayed organized throughout the process. They coordinated loading and unloading efficiently, which helped minimize disruption to our operations.

What an amazing company to work with!! Highly recommended.
I have been using DHK for more than 8 years now and they have never let me down. My most recent move was the most complicated yet with packing for me for the first time and the move being a great distance away. They exceeded my expectations once again. The packing was done at the speed of light the day before my move and the day of the move was seamless! The truck even arrived at my new home before I did. I am experiencing physical constraints at the moment and the went above and beyond for me, could not have done it without them!!

DHK Removals-Cape Town
The worst experience. Furniture disappeared, boxes with parts for appliances disappeared, lounge suite burned by cigarette- could have lost all our furniture if the fire caused was not extinguished. Total denial from them about the issues. Can't recommend them.

DHK Removals-Cape Town
The worst experience. Furniture disappeared, boxes with parts for appliances disappeared, lounge suite burned by cigarette- could have lost all our furniture if the fire caused was not extinguished. Total denial from them about the issues. Can't recommend them.

Not a good experience
On July 23rd, I had scheduled a afternoon move for the 31st of July with Mr. Kaye, who confirmed the arrangement and assured that his team would notify us an hour before their arrival. However, despite my confirmation email and several attempts to contact both Mr. Kaye and the driver between 1 pm and 2 pm (on the moving day), there was no communication from them. Mr. Kaye had indicated that a morning move would be finished soon, but as time progressed, uncer*****y grew since the driver could not provide an estimated arrival time. Due to an uncommunicated second move, the team ultimately arrived and completed our move after 6 pm, which was stressful as we needed to vacate the old location by that time for an inspection. This experience highlights Mr. Kaye's poor communication and management skills, leading us to decide not to use his services in the future.

This is my honest experience DHK who was hired to pack and deliver our household goods from South Africa to Malta, ensuring they arrived in pristine condition. However, he misled us about the storage of our items, the state of our newly refurbished furniture, and the quality of the packing. He also demanded additional money to cover his unpaid bills at a storage he had put our goods into. Our goods finally arrived after 15 months, in substandard international packaging and transportation quality. It was evident he used poor or second-hand materials and completed the job hastily, despite having ample time. Should you want peace of mind during one of life's most stressful and challenging experiences check your reviews prior to signing up with such contractors.

Do not use DHK
Do not use DHK Moving for international moves. The owner of DHK has removed two of my previous 1 star reviews. We paid DHK to move us from South Africa to Canada. Once our container was on the ship, and we had arrived in Canada, DHK informed us that they had not paid the shipping agents or the local movers. Our container then was then held to ransom while the shipping agents waited for DHK to pay. The container started incurring demurrage and detention costs everyday that DHK failed to pay the shipping agents for the release of the container. After weeks of non-payment from DHK we had to pay these costs (an additional R300 000) ourselves or risk having our container sent back to South Africa. DHK apologised and promised to pay. It has now been 78 days and we have not been reimbursed. DHK has stopped communicating with us since the 6th of October. DHK have threatened us that should we go the legal route we will not see a cent.

I do not recommend DHK Removals in Cape Town. According to my review on Google, DHK don't know who I am..Their response speaks volumes. Not only was our delivery delayed by 2 months. In order to get our container we had to pay double the original quote, to DHK Agents here in Sydney Australia to release our container as Mr Kaye found all the excuses not to pay and caused this delay and extra cost. I'm happy to provide inventory bill and invoices to prove that they know exactly who I am!!! They shipped us from Cape Town to Sydney Australia.
