Initially very welcoming and friendly. Even though there were extra's promised at the first appointment that were never fulfilled, Once 60% deposit for the dress was payed the communication was bad and there was no correspondence. The lady that I was dealing with (Bredget) did not make my experience pleasant at all. After not being able to attend one appointment; I was treated extremely poorly as I was told my dress got moved to the back of the list a week before my wedding and that I did not make my dress a priority and that my overdue final balance was due within the next day. Only after final payments were made, did they treat me like a paying customer and made sure that they could fit me into their schedule. I am disappointed in not only how they made me feel but also at how their priorities are all centered around money.
