Wedding Dress Dilemma

I purchased my wedding dress from Diamond Love Bridal, and thereafter was approached by them to sell my dress to a bride that wanted the exact same dress. DL would be the middle man and facilitate the sale. I drew up a contract in which I stated my terms and conditions of the sale. DL agreed to the terms and signed the contract. The payment was supposed to happen as two deposits of 50% each, when the other bride came for her first fitting on 14/11/2015, and then her final fitting sometime in December. When the first payment was due, I was told that the bride had not come for her fitting and had not paid because she had an infection. The fact that she got sick is a lousy excuse for not paying, and for DL being in breach of the contract. And so began a long twisted road of lies and delays. The final deposit was supposed to happen in mid-December 2015. Again, more excuses. Sad to say, the bride was given the dress before she had paid the full purchase price. After almost two months of fighting with DL, my money was paid to me on 15/01/2016. The manager of DL is very unprofessional and down right rude!!! I regret ever having dealings with them. Disgusted.
