Incompetent and unprofessional

<p>I own a flat in a block managed by DPM. I am also a trustee on the Body Corporate. The shocking service and lack of communication by this company is beyond terrible. All communication to their portfolio manager is ignored. Our chairman has waited 2 months for even a courtesy reply. They cannot even carry out basic administrative tasks and the commuication or lack thereof is very unprofessional. We will be switching management companies.</p>
