Still sending me emails even after I've unsubscribed countless times. Going to lodge a complaint.
Ordered a fridge and washer from Makro. Delivery was fine - but the fridge was damaged. Arranged a return and pickup which was firstly communicated as between 9-5 (WTH). When the day arrived, no pickup and it is 5. Phoned them and the customer services are useless as they can’t even contact the driver or courier. Useless, useless agents who cannot provide a useful ounce of information. Rather refund and buy elsewhere
We cancelled our service from Rain because they couldn’t provide it at our new address even though they say they cover the area. Now we found out that they hadn’t cancelled and have taken a payment from us this month. My wife called in to cancel and now they say there is no record of the call…sure… So easy to sign up but super difficult to cancel. Shoddy service
So easy to sign up but takes so long to actually get service! I still haven't received my router since signing up last week. Now the router is only getting here next week. Can't get hold of anyone after signing up, no callbacks, no reply on emails, I am having serious regrets here.
Supersonic have overcharged me, double debited me twice and just provided an overall rubbish service. You cannot get hold of anyone, they don’t reply to you and they are just a terrible, terrible business. Do not use them, you will regret it.
Besides all the issues that I have had with Supersonic, they then decided to debit both August and September's amounts from my bank account this month. The previous month they took an amount of R32.10 from my account with no reason at all. I thought that reduced amount was due to the reduced service and speed that they provided for the previous two months. DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC!!!
No response at all from Supersonic to any queries at all. I wonder if they have a customer support team?? Previous speed issues undealt with for months. Now I'm trying to cancel and no response (again), and they make it super difficult to get hold of them.
Internet down since Saturday 11 pm. Vuma, of course, don't communicate and don't give customers an option to contact them. ISP (Supersonic) is pretty useless too. Don't know what will happen when we all have to work tomorrow. Super unreliable
I recently redeemed my unit trust account with 10x and chose to close it completely. A few days before this, I had also stopped my debit order. To my surprise, a debit order went off this month. I have contacted 10x 3 times via their digital channels and have not even had an acknowledgement at all. Now it seems like I must call to get a response.
Never get the speed you pay for… I recently upgraded to 100/100 mbps due to wfh. My speed test shows severe inconsistencies with speeds a fraction advertised. I’ve called and been on the phone for ages trying to get this resolved. All I have to show for it is an sms saying they’re looking into it with no follow up. I’ve called every single day since last week and I’m still stuck on single digit download speeds.
