Very rude Manger

My mother was at your store earlier this afternoon to collect her ring she sent in for repairs and experienced very disrespectful treatment.

She took the ring in because one of the stones fall out. It was replaced and fixed beautifully. She then put the ring on her finger and literally walked out of the shop the next shop. As she looked down she saw the same stone fall out, the same one that was replaced. The manger was extremely rude and handled the situation very unprofessional. I really hope you do something about this or I’ll go to hello Pieter and twitter. This is not how a manger should handle situations nor be with customers. The reception lady was very kind and very professional.
