Pathetic!

I’m absolutely and utterly disgusted at the Claremont branch! The first time I went, their phone lines weren’t working and they work on bookings only.

Tonight I purchase a Wikideals voucher, their lines aren’t working. I call Cape Town to get a managers number, they say they can’t give it out. I drive from Muizenberg to Manenberg and then to Claremont just to be turned away due to a “private function”. I stipulated my disgust because their lines aren’t working and how’s that my fault???? This is pathetic service! I’m honestly so disappointed!
