Pathetic!
I’m absolutely and utterly disgusted at the Claremont branch! The first time I went, their phone lines weren’t working and they work on bookings only. Tonight I purchase a Wikideals voucher, their lines aren’t working. I call Cape Town to get a managers number, they say they can’t give it out. I drive from Muizenberg to Manenberg and then to Claremont just to be turned away due to a “private function”. I stipulated my disgust because their lines aren’t working and how’s that my fault???? This is pathetic service! I’m honestly so disappointed!

TERRIBLE SERVICe
Ordered food more than an hour ago! Heading into 2 hours! Call centre agents tell you something to shut you up and hang up! The store itself was of no help! I made the payment already and I was told “I can’t guarantee your food will be delivered”! I am utterly disgusted at the service! If this is the time they feed their families then they need to get their lives in check!!!!!!
