I called Lizette Barnard she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and made derogatory comments about my race.
The agent asked me if I had an English name and insinuated that my name was difficult to pronounce, which I found highly offensive. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my race or ethnicity, but this agent clearly did not adhere to those standards.
Furthermore, the agent was dismissive of my questions and showed a complete lack of empathy for the impact that their behavior was having on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has left me feeling incredibly disappointed in the company.
