Terrible service inquired on a property waited for a response got a response from Michaela Simpson at ****inson real estate with a invite for Saturday but no time this was on Friday i ask for a time she stated the invite stats wil confirm time tomorrow Saturday came i checked in but no response. Terrible customer service thanks Micheala for nothing!!!

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Never in my 15yrs of leasing have I encountered such a shocking business. Where do I even start.. 1. The quarterly inspections are so invasive! They literally open all your cupboards and take photos, record videos of the toilets flushing, open drawers and all in the name of ‘maintaining the property’. They also took about 2hours of your day because of how intimately invasive they are.. I have never had my personal space feel so invaded and violated before!! 2. Admin and maintenance teams decide when they’re done with your conversation, if it’s not going the way they want it to. You’ll be mid-sentence about something important and they’ll just decide ‘I don’t want to hear this’ and you get an ‘ok bye’ and the line hangs up. Incredibly unprofessional IMO. Plus they’re rude and condescending, and have zero respect for their tenants. 3. Upon exiting the premises, it took them THREE WEEKS to provide me with an exit inspection breakdown and quote (housing tribunal states deposit should have been returned in 21 days). The quote sent was exorbitant and more than my (double) deposit and included things that (a) were pre-existing and (b) were unreasonable to repair/replace. Quote received was R23k and the actual cost of repairs with my own maintenance team was R9700, purely because we were repairing the ‘fair wear & tear’ that ****son refused to allow. The rental housing tribunal states that allowance must be made for fair wear and tear, but their response was always ‘did you find it like that’ or ‘the landlord wants it how you found it’. The back and forth carried on for FOUR MONTHS! I moved out on 01 June and received my deposit (less R5000 deductions) at the end of September. If at all possible, DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM. And if you do, just make sure you take evidence of absolutely everything! Rather have 1000 photos when you move in, than have to go through the ordeal that I went through where they’re charging you unreasonably for things you shouldn’t have to pay for. Am currently lodging a complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal to ensure their lack of professionalism and sheer audacity do not continue to go unchecked, so that other innocent people don’t get taken advantage of.

What a horrible service from Pauline Gronewald, I saw a 2 bedroom dat is in Parrow , than started to enquire on it , she than told me that only two people can stay there , but this information is not on the adverti*****t and I told her that we expecting a child so it me gonna be me , my partner and a baby after I gave birth she just said No without any explanation which is pure nonsense .

I called Lizette Barnard she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and made derogatory comments about my race. The agent asked me if I had an English name and insinuated that my name was difficult to pronounce, which I found highly offensive. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my race or ethnicity, but this agent clearly did not adhere to those standards. Furthermore, the agent was dismissive of my questions and showed a complete lack of empathy for the impact that their behavior was having on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has left me feeling incredibly disappointed in the company.

This service is horrendous! Im utterly disgusted. After the first time service of bare minimum assistance adn attitude when asking help. We enquired on a second rental and were to attend a viewing. The agent didnt even notify us that the viewing is canceled and we would have showed up for nothing.. When enquiring for help the assistance they give is with zero politeness. I will definitely not recomend ****son again. Preferably to go with another agency!! Absolutely Horrible

Most horrible rental agency I have ever come across! Money hungry and spiteful. When asking for assistance they service received is ****ndous and disgusting. This agency shpuld NEVER be considered. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
