Waited 15 minutes for ice cream only for them to give me chocolate Sunday, while I ordered OReo Sunday , the was no lids to close the ice cream and look like breast milk 🤮, with disgusting service.
Just created an order on Mr D , two orders were created because of Mr D system error now the telling me that the will credit my MrD account than I can do a payout which take 5 working days , this is my ****in transport money thy I now need to wait for 5 working days .
I have not used Rain from September and I advised them to cancel my services , but the still took the money our of my account worse I can't even reverse it when I call no one answers
My partner just added our 2 months old daughter on Discovery we sent doc on the 28th of June , today we just saw dat the back dated her saw the double charge my partner and the also telling us dat vitality is complisary which is there @added cost , this is nonsense, you guyz are expensive and you give bull**** explanation
On the 25th I paid my installment but today b4 12:00 my internet went off and it says I should pay , which is ******* I have made a payment already, called the call center agent advised that she will escalate the matter , iam currently working from home how am I suppose to work without internet, yr service is pathetic
I ordered via Mr D @ Rocco mammas N1 city the drinks are expired the expired in February mind you iam heavily pregnant , already drank my drink ad I realized after dat it has expired I gave them a call spoke to a manager with the name Roland whom said someone is going to give me a call
What a horrible service from Pauline Gronewald, I saw a 2 bedroom dat is in Parrow , than started to enquire on it , she than told me that only two people can stay there , but this information is not on the adverti*****t and I told her that we expecting a child so it me gonna be me , my partner and a baby after I gave birth she just said No without any explanation which is pure nonsense .
My internet is on and off all day and the is no communication that I've received , I sent message to support but no one called or responded , service is horrible for a R750 it pathetic .
Horrible internet connection and the is no communication responding to why my internet keep on being down I pay aR749 for what if the is no internet, I will never recommend you guyz to anyone.
My internet have been down since 11:58 , iam working from home , requested for support for mor than 5 times no one assisted , I call the call center a consultant called Nokwanda dropped the call , iam ****in paying aR699 for this stupid internet
