Waited 15 minutes for ice cream only for them to give me chocolate Sunday, while I ordered OReo Sunday , the was no lids to close the ice cream and look like breast milk 🤮, with disgusting service.

I would love to share this about the guy name Joseph who works at KFC shell ultra city N1 Polokwane,after he went out of his way to help me find my phone that i lost on the N1 road while coming from church to JHB .i have no words to explain how he helped me.i was a customer there by KFC on they night ,when i realised that my phone os nit on me o googled the KFC and i phone Joseph answered and he helped me until my phone gets to me on the next day in JHB👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Waiting an hour for the order wasn't enough - they let me wait after that even though the order was ready providing me with cold food. When they handed me the food I asked for my drinks and they simply went on helping another customer. Looking at sips, being confused and insufficient. Viva to the worst KFC in SA.

I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the closing time at your N1 City branch. The stated closing time is 23:00, but when we arrived at 22:45, we were informed that the store was already closed and could not serve us. Additionally, the security personnel and cashier displayed an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, which left us disappointed and without assistance. Could you please explain what the 23:00 closing time means in practice? It seems contradictory if customers cannot place orders well before the stated closing time. I look forward to your response and clarification.

Well readers this is my second review on the KFC N1 City Mall and in my history of visiting that KFC tonight I can say they did a job well done 👍 After writing a really honest review about my disappointment and dissatisfaction of a purchase I made Tonight I was pleasantly surprised and since I took the time to write a review on how bad the experience was when I went to the outlet towards the end of September and previously in August 2024. . Tonight I will take a few minutes to share my experience with you about KFC N1 City Mall and the Shift Manager who made a difference After complaining on Hello Peter , the assistant manager contacted me and we discussed the situation without going into too much detail , if you want to know more read the other review I was not happy However , Leo asked that I give them a try again and promised me a much better experience. I will say that i did give him a piece of my mind regarding service delivery and the product which I meant and mean in only the best intention Not only so that when I revisit KFC N1 City do I get a quality meal but so that others can also get quality food and service Leo invited me back to the restaurant and unfortunately when that couldn't materialize he kept the communication channel open and kept me informed 👍 Good Job , that's communication is appreciated However I'm going to switch my praise over to the person who really made me feel better about things and that was tonights 06 October shift manager Enestina and I apologise if I'm getting the name wrong however she was SUPER !! I arrived at the KFC outlet after a busy day and expecting to speak to Leo , unfortunately he had already left and the minute I heard that I thought o no hear we go again However Enestina calmly rep**** ,he has already left for the day , how can she assist me ? When I walked into KFC I didn't know she was the shift supervisor and she didn't know I was the grumpy customer however I was treated to a big friendly smile and very warm welcome I'm not sure if this was because they were expecting me but she was great ! The minute she said Leo wasn't there , she immediately followed up with how can she help me , her voice was confident and I felt comfortable when explaining the situation A minute later , she sprung in action and went off to call Leo , with a big smile she returned with her phone and said she would arrange my meals and what pieces would I like in my streetwise 2 boxes Breast and drumstick I said and off she went , the meal took about 5 minutes to get packed and boxed and returned ready for me to leave , everything was hot fresh crispy and I intentionally didn't tell them what time I would be coming because I wanted to see what the experience would be with them being prepared ! I arrived like just any other customer and little did they know that I was watching everything While they prepared the meals I especially took note of how the other counter representatives were dealing with customers and took the time to browse around just at the shops cleanliness efficiency and general customer attitude I even took a tiptoe look into the kitchen to see if people were wearing hair nets and see if anything caught my eye I can say that whatever they did since the last time I was there , KFC N1 city Mall needs to Continue it , because I absolutely loved the service , Enestina really turned my frown into a smile and for that I say thank .. you deserve 5 stars on how you handled things I think I'm a little more difficult than the average customer in that I've taught the customer services for many years as well as help desk and a few other components of business so not that I'm hard to please but I do have my expectations and I can honestly say having a positive experience like tonight is a pleasure to share The meal was fantastic and we enjoyed the freshness and they manner everything was handled excellent 👌 please don't let this be a once off and rather a consistent normal experience I will be back , whether this is a good or bad thing I'm not sure because I will be expecting nothing less than the excellent friendly service that I received tonight .. In fact I might just start trying different KFC as hobby and sharing my experience with people "smiley face" Thanks Enestina you were the difference , and Leo I appreciate the communication just next time be there .. keep up the good work 👍 Trav got his chicken as it was good

I order a meal online, Kfc accepted my order and I paid for the meal. After a long time of waiting for the meal, I received a message that the order was cancelled, because there are no drivers to deliver the meal. They said they will refund the money but up to today I have not got my money back. The said the payment was reversed I asked them to sort out the problem and pay my money back, but they are not answering my emails.
