I am sending emails to gems complaints every time somebody gives me a reply and I want to ask a question on that reply, I must send a mail again to gems complaints and wait again a few days to get an answer. I am trying to book an appointment since yesterday for my Nissan bakkie. I am holding for 10 min and longer and do not get through. Phone five times. Yesterday after a long time of holding I left a message at the lady from reception and she said the service department will phone me back, but nobody did. They also mention an watts app number you can use but when I tried to use it, it did not work.
I am trying from 12 Aug just for Gems to answer simple questions and nobody is helping me. For example, why did they deduct my eye test from my day to day and not from the eye funds that I do have on Emerald? I just need answer on simple question? Hoping Gems will read this, and somebody can give me answers.
I order a meal online, Kfc accepted my order and I paid for the meal. After a long time of waiting for the meal, I received a message that the order was cancelled, because there are no drivers to deliver the meal. They said they will refund the money but up to today I have not got my money back. The said the payment was reversed I asked them to sort out the problem and pay my money back, but they are not answering my emails.
I bought a bakkie refrigerator unit from Maxi cool for my Hyundia bakkie. I was driving my bakkie with the refrigerator unit for a while and then the unit stop working. Ian the owner of Maxi Cool said I could bring back the bakkie with the refrigerator unit and he went beyond and above to fix the problem. It was excellent after service, and I would just like to thank him for the great job that he delivered.
I would like to compliment Wikideals for always helping. The place I bought a voucher closed down and Wikideals replaced the voucher with no hassels.
Good day I send a mail in October 2023 saying that I do not see the trips my work bakkie is doing on my phone app and work computer. After sending a lot of mails I still have the same problem. Netstar came out and put in a new system and it still does not work. It is February 2024 now and I still cannot see the trips on the app my bakkie is doing. I am paying for a service I do not receive and to make things worst Netstar took of a double premium this month which I do not know why they did this? I really just want the service I am paying for to work right.
Montaque Gardens ARB really bad client service. On 15 June 2023 we went to Arb to purpose a part. They did not have in stock and order from another branch they said they will have the part the 16 June. On 16 June we phoned and they did not have the part we had to wait until 20 June to come an pick up the part. We paid for the part but it was the wrong part and we had to bring it back. They said they must order the part it will take 2 weeks after 2 week we contacted them and they said they have not order the part we have to open an account for then to order the part. They were supposed to email the forms to us the same day after another week we still did not receive the forms. We contacted them again for the forms we filled in the forms waited a few days again and contacted them again then they said we must pay in the difference for them to order the part. Then I paid in the difference again no feedback send mail to asked feedback no reply after a few days again they said I paid in the wrong amount I paid in the difference again send mails to asked feedback when the part will be available waiting form 31/7/2023 they still did not answer me . I send emails they just ignoring me. I then send a request on your ARB website for the manger to call me he still did not call me.I am waiting for one part from 15 June 2023 it is now 5 August 2023 and still do not have the part almost 2 months later. And the worst part is they are just ignoring my emails all the time and take weeks to reply and now that we paid for the part they not answering me back.
