Poor service and closing time

I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the closing time at your N1 City branch. The stated closing time is 23:00, but when we arrived at 22:45, we were informed that the store was already closed and could not serve us.

Additionally, the security personnel and cashier displayed an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, which left us disappointed and without assistance.

Could you please explain what the 23:00 closing time means in practice? It seems contradictory if customers cannot place orders well before the stated closing time.
