Deceptive and *********.. The are always quite happy to bill you every month, then when your contract 'expires' they continue to bill them until you email them asking them to transfer ownership. Apparently this is stated in your contract, which you never receive a copy of. Additionally, when cancelling a contract and returning a device to them (in my case a dishwasher) they still bill you for the next month, and tell you they will refund you in 7-14 working days. It has been over 3 weeks now and not only am I still being billed for the dishwasher, but I haven't received my refund yet either. Avoid these people at all costs unless you want to be taken advantage of and taken for a ride.
I am shocked! My package arrived, literally shredded in the locker, and when I complained to the support team, this is verbatim what they have to say: "In the images provided, we can also see that the package was not sufficiently packaged due to items being loosely packaged in the box causing the items inside to move around whilst the shipment was in transit, it could have happened that the parcel got damaged during transit which we, unfortunately, have no control over as your parcel is packed in the vehicle along with many other parcels. Also, there were no 'fragile, this-way-up, or do-not-stack' stickers/indications present or placed on the box to assert caution to the warehouse staff and drivers handling the package. This could mean that the shipment was damaged due to co-loading when many other shipments are placed above each other when palletizing for transit." The box was sealed and taped perfectly, the items inside were simply not squashed together. But my parcel arrived in literal pieces, but because there was no 'fragile' sticker on it, they deem it acceptable, and see no problem with, parcels arriving in such a state. Even the person sending the above reply didn't sign off the email with their name/designation because they know such a response is pathetic and undignified. Absolutely appalled - terrible customer service, shocking professionalism, and no care is given to your parcels UNLESS there's a fragile sticker! So be sure to slap those fragile stickers onto EVERY SINGLE PARCEL, otherwise they think it's ok to literally destroy your parcels.
I have been using Kryolan since I studied Make-up Artistry in 2005. The service received from the Kryolan SA team has always been superior, and the product quality itself is seriously high-end. The high-performance of each of their products means a little goes a long way and really lasts forever. The shop girls are always cheerful and so helpful, and always make me smile regardless of how bad my day may have been. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for professional grade, long-lasting make-up products.
If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Never in my 15yrs of leasing have I encountered such a shocking business. Where do I even start.. 1. The quarterly inspections are so invasive! They literally open all your cupboards and take photos, record videos of the toilets flushing, open drawers and all in the name of ‘maintaining the property’. They also took about 2hours of your day because of how intimately invasive they are.. I have never had my personal space feel so invaded and violated before!! 2. Admin and maintenance teams decide when they’re done with your conversation, if it’s not going the way they want it to. You’ll be mid-sentence about something important and they’ll just decide ‘I don’t want to hear this’ and you get an ‘ok bye’ and the line hangs up. Incredibly unprofessional IMO. Plus they’re rude and condescending, and have zero respect for their tenants. 3. Upon exiting the premises, it took them THREE WEEKS to provide me with an exit inspection breakdown and quote (housing tribunal states deposit should have been returned in 21 days). The quote sent was exorbitant and more than my (double) deposit and included things that (a) were pre-existing and (b) were unreasonable to repair/replace. Quote received was R23k and the actual cost of repairs with my own maintenance team was R9700, purely because we were repairing the ‘fair wear & tear’ that ****son refused to allow. The rental housing tribunal states that allowance must be made for fair wear and tear, but their response was always ‘did you find it like that’ or ‘the landlord wants it how you found it’. The back and forth carried on for FOUR MONTHS! I moved out on 01 June and received my deposit (less R5000 deductions) at the end of September. If at all possible, DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM. And if you do, just make sure you take evidence of absolutely everything! Rather have 1000 photos when you move in, than have to go through the ordeal that I went through where they’re charging you unreasonably for things you shouldn’t have to pay for. Am currently lodging a complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal to ensure their lack of professionalism and sheer audacity do not continue to go unchecked, so that other innocent people don’t get taken advantage of.

I've waited 2.5years to have a claim and write this review.. On Friday my doggo got into a fight with a dog passing by the gate (the gate was broken and the dog walker was just standing there as his Rottie was going mad at our gate) and the gate wiggled open from all the commotion. Naturally with the gate open a little, the dogs got stuck into each other, luckily nothing too serious, but there was still blood and a few puncture wounds on my dogs chest, so off we went to the vet to get him checked out. An anti-inflammatory and another injection, and then some antibiotic tablets to take for the next couple days. Made my payment and filled out my Dotsure claim form which I submitted the same day after chatting with Sibahle Pebi to confirm the process. Needless to say, she was very helpful, and informed me that the refund would take 2-3 days to show up in my account. Wake up on Saturday, and the full amount had been refunded to me and had reflected in my account within 24hrs - consultation fee, injections and medication fee! Super impressed with the service from DotSure! If you're looking for a good pet insurance, these guys are the ones to go with! THANK YOU!
