Kryolan at Windermere Centre
The consultants at Kryolan Windermere Centre, Durban are just the best. One doesn't feel obliged to purchase their products even though they spend a lot of time assisting with the correct products for each individual that visits the store. You are greeted with a smile and treated like a celeb. I can highly recommend Kryolan products especially to people who don't know about them or how fabulous they are.

Kryolan at Windermere Centre
The consultants at Kryolan Windermere Centre, Durban are just the best. One doesn't feel obliged to purchase their products even though they spend a lot of time assisting with the correct products for each individual that visits the store. Bad service, wrong shade
I just Wana start by saying that I love the product, its absolutely phenomenal. However the service from the staff at pavilion is pathetic. I had went in to the store to purchase and try out my perfect shade, upon testing the lady there had tried out a shade prier to me waxing my face. When I had back within an hour to try again she turned me down insisting that that is my shade. So I trusted her expertise and went to my work function the following day to which I looked extremely darker. I then went to a different store n they had tested a shade n told me that the shade was to dark for me, I then contacted head office with my concern. The lady heard my concern and agreed with me only to find out when she went back to the store and had changed her tune. This is unacceptable. Now I have to sit with a product that I'm not going to use.

Can't go wrong!
I have been using Kryolan since I studied Make-up Artistry in 2005. The service received from the Kryolan SA team has always been superior, and the product quality itself is seriously high-end. The high-performance of each of their products means a little goes a long way and really lasts forever. The shop girls are always cheerful and so helpful, and always make me smile regardless of how bad my day may have been. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for professional grade, long-lasting make-up products.

Kryolan Sandton city like a fish and chips brand
It’s shockingly how poorly this Kryolan brand is represented by its staff. I called into their sandton city store and had to endure Portia handle the call as if she’s running a fish and chips shop down town 🫣🙈. I have been waiting for the manager, Tutetji Mokobi to return my call re: the embarrassing service.

Disgusting service
I'm a loyal user of Kryolan makeup for the past 10yrs now. I haven't used another product on my skin since however the way the representatives (Blush Academy in Roodepoort) treat clients its disgusting after that experience I am definitely leaving that brand there are many other good products on the market

Kryolan is a MUST
I am a pro makeup artist and I have to just say that the customer service from Kryolan is just impeccable. Every email I send gets replied to within the hour. Even after hours. The products themselves are so good. There is something for all skin types and the products are so ***mented and potent which means that a little goes a long way and the products can last for ages! Really, I just love Kryolan as a company and I love their products. They are intent on being as much help as possible and giving every customer the best service they can.
