I had a contract with On Air which I cancelled after the 24month period. They simply refused to terminate the debit order. It will stop for a month or two after my request to my bankers and then it just re-appears again. When I called them for the 100th time, they referred me to Deals Direct indicating that they are actually at fault not to cancel the debit order. Deals Direct then inform me that I must give yet ANOTHER one month's notice......................
I have to give credit where it’s due 👏 As someone who vapes, I’ve struggled with tooth stains for years. I tried expensive dental products and countless “whitening” toothpastes — nothing worked. Then I tried Colgate Optic White Charcoal toothpaste. After just two weeks, friends started commenting on my smile and asking what I’d done. The difference is real — visible, affordable, and confidence-boosting 💙 I now have a bright, confident Valentine’s smile for my partner 🥰 Thank you, Colgate, for finally making something that actually works!
After enormous effort and being send back and forth, my contract was terminated and I accepted the quote 5-36175884560975, account number 17479121-6 for a 3GB, 100 min line. Despite this now being two days later, I can still not receive any calls!!! I have spoken to a one Arlene and responded to the e-mail she issued and requested action but received no reply. I am a manager and without being able to receive phone calls, I am stuck.
I attempted for some time now to get somebody to assist me in either obtaining contracting to my preferred contract being the Red Core 3GB 100min at R199 since I am retiring. I was at first informed that this contract is only for new clients and not for a loyal customer of 22 years...............The agents kept on sending me quotes for options that I do not want to consider. I now want to cancel my contract and keep my number as a pay-as-you-go to rather join MTN when an agent by the name of Sibosiso did her level best to assist me. I could not take her return call at the time and if I want to enquire now, they system simply informs me that my number has been blocked due to excessive calls to the call centre!! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
I was promised on Monday 17/11 that somebody will phone me regarding my complaint ticket [#6457928] as to the bad service of Padmani Kandhan. Today is the 21st and I received no call, no response, no joy regarding the ******** deductions from my account. Hannelie Wickham
A contract of my spouse that ended but yet the monthly deductions carried on. I was requested to assist her, H Wickham after which a one Padmani Kandhan issued a ticket [#6457928]. He requested me to forward the unauthorised deductions which I did on the 10th of November 2025. Subsequently he once again requested the information, and I have sent it to him again. UP to today, no joy, no reply
I recently ordered the incorrect products from Kryolan, and they handled the exchange with absolute professionalism and ease. They exchanged the items for the products I actually wanted and even refunded me the difference in price — all without any hassle. What a pleasure dealing with your team. Thank you for the excellent service, Kryolan! 🌟Sonja Nelson
I am disappointed that they refuse to offer me an extended warranty just because my car is 7 years and 4 months old with less than 100 000 km and a full Ford service history.
Momentum (SA)’s reply 27 Mar 2025 at 08:24 Dear Sonja Thank you for your message. I have escalated your complaint to the fund managers for further attention. Kind regards WE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE UP TO DATE. THE CLIENT TO CONTACT IS HANNELIE WICKHAM AT 0825647483, spouse of Sonja Initial request read: I left my previous employment and asked that the money must be transferred to my new employer whose Provident Fund is also at Momentum - Funds at Work. I completed the required documents, but funds were not transferred. I instead today (26/3/2025) received DISTURBING correspondence stating that the money was paid to an account unknown to me with a tax certificate.?? I NEVER REQUESTED OR AUTHORISED THE MONEY TO BE PAID OUT. I submitted the choice for the money to be transferred. I received confirmation of receipt of my choice on 9 January 2025, but funds still do not reflect. Despite my choice, I received correspondence on the 14th of March stating that my choice was to withdraw the funds and that an application for a tax directive will be made. I then, on the same day rep**** that I don't want the money to be paid out but transferred and up to date, I received no reply except for the letter received today containing information unknown to me. I immediately contacted Momentum only to be advised that they "think" the money has been transferred to the fund of the new employer which is not the case. I was then assured that "somebody" will phone me which also never materialised.
