Terrible service inquired on a property waited for a response got a response from Michaela Simpson at ****inson real estate with a invite for Saturday but no time this was on Friday i ask for a time she stated the invite stats wil confirm time tomorrow Saturday came i checked in but no response. Terrible customer service thanks Micheala for nothing!!!
Worst provider i have ever dealt with.. since day one i have only had issues with them. With in 4months they have upgraded my line from a 50mbps to a 100mbps and now to a 200mbps without contacting me they just take my money started at R800 and now i am on R1250. If you try to phone it take hours to get through to them after almost 4 days of sending email and logging queries i finally got hold of them where i change my line back to 50mbps over the phone the guy told me it is R799 so i said yes change it now it is change to a 50 but i was still billed R1250. Been trying to get hold of them for 2hours now only way to get hold of them is if i say i am a new customer then thay answer immediately but as soon as i ask to speak to management or billing they say hold the line and then it just goes dead.. This is a useless isp stay away from then there customer supportis terrible!!! i have requested a cancelation 2 months ago and i still have no answer or feedback from them.
Friendly and very helpful staff. They have a huge variety of decent secondhand parts.
Just want to give a big thanks to the whole Mit Mak team! I had some issues with my vehicle. Gerhard assisted me with the warranty claim, Chris also got involved to help me get my vehicle back A.S.A.P. I've received daily feedback from both of them regarding the status of my vehicle.
